Job Context
- Symphony Mobile (A concern of Edison Group) is looking for a dynamic and creative professional for the post of Executive/Sr. Executive for Supply Chain Management Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute L/C Related work like, L/C opening, costing, processing, transmission, amendment, closure & documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance Department regarding L/C reconciliation, customs, Tax/VAT and clearing cost.
- Parts/Machine/Accessories landed Cost calculation
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure more profitable deals.
- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
- Deal with Bank related to Export and Import.
- Ensure all logistic activities related to Export & Import.
- Communicate with suppliers and C&F agents to follow up shipment.
- Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, missing parts from shipment).
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Experience Requirements

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Costing, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F
Additional Requirements
- Efficiency in MS Office is a must.
- Negotiation, Communication skill.
- Team player & positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadline.
