Job Context
- NRB Bank Limited one of the 4th generation commercial banks in the country aims to be the preferred provider of targeted financial services as a conduit for investment to and from Bangladesh for Bangladeshi communities both domestically and internationally, to accelerate the industrialization of Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities
- To achieve Assets and liabilities targets
- Cross-sell of different products
- To help and organize sales promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc.) in co- ordination with the BM/CSM & other sales channels.
- To communicate with customers and potential customers for sales opportunities.
- Deposit/assets attrition management
- Cross sell SME/Corporate products
- To ensure cost minimization and maximize branch profitability
- Pre-screening of Retail/SME Banking loan applications to prevent bank from any fraudulent activities
- Coordinate and assist regulatory and other audits
- To ensure relevant records are maintained that are auditable for good audit rating
- To ensure compliance with existing AML policies of the bank & local directives to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing.
- Continuously identifying areas of improvement and initiate action wherein necessary

Additional Requirements
- Age at most 40 years
- Strong customer relationship skill with adequate knowledge on preparation of Retail & SME credit proposals.
- Capability to complete loan applications, including credit analysis and summaries of loan requests & proposal presentation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills, leveraging both logic & creativity that translate information into actionable results while delivering high quality outcomes.
- Marketing knowledge and selling ability of Retail & SME Products
- Age at most 40 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
