Job Responsibilities
- Prepare project proposals and bid documents.
- Develop concept notes, research papers, policy briefs, and presentations.
- Research & draft articles, write-ups, case studies, and project reports.
- Support project team to oversee communications, logistics, operations and finance during the project implementation phase.
- Conduct meeting with stakeholders, facilitate partnerships, on-site visits, conduct surveys, update clients on progress and present deliverables.
- Travel extensively within Bangladesh and abroad as per requirement of project.
- Ensure that projects are delivered timely, within scope and budget.
- Leverage existing relationships and develop new contacts within the industry and related stakeholders.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters in Business/Economics or B.Sc. (EEE) with MBA, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00;
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Minimum 5 years work experience in the field of advisory / research, preferably in the consulting industry;
- Proficient in using MS Office suite;
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English along with ability to speak persuasively for presenting ideas clearly;
- Excellent relationship management skills to build and maintain credibility and influence with stakeholders.

Salary
- Tk. 116308 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits
- Festival Bonus + LFA + Gratuity +other benefits as per company policy.
