Job Responsibilities
- Purchase Requisition, Reservation and GRN Create in SAP in line with procedures.
- Ensure available of spare parts stock for smooth operation.
- Maintain accurate Receive and issue records of all materials, inventory taking, Quality checking (Physical condition) as procedure.
- Spare parts & Material Bill Quality confirm from concern department.
- Reporting to Department Head for all type of store relative activities.
- To put in all identification card in new materials and stored correctly and safely in specification Bin.
- To Delivery materials to the consumer of store by physical checking regularly.
- Maintain FIFO/LIFO for material movement.
- Any other task assigned by the Department Head.

- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
- Knowledge in Store system & it’s SOP.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
- Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
- Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
- Must know the work of SAP Software.
- Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
